Packaging, Postage and Delivery
Once you have completed personalising your chosen letter, it is sent directly to the Printer Elves.
They set about designing, printing, and hand-finishing your letter, ready for The Despatch Department to post, using The North Pole Postal Company’s Reindeer Mail.
All of our Santa letters are sent in out in a North Pole-proof, ‘Do-Not-Bend’ outer envelope. This way, if any pesky polar bears start to nibble our post bags, your precious letters are protected from their claws.
Our Santa letters are sent from the North Pole to the UK, and are then re-directed using Royal Mail First Class postage. Standard delivery is included for all letters.
All other gift items are sent from our Workshops, using our Reindeer Mail, and are then despatched in the UK by our friends at The Royal Mail. They are sent using First Class Postage, which incurs a postage cost of £3.95.
Posty Elf asks that you to allow 3-5 working days in the UK for delivery, due to high postage demands.
From the 23rd November – 18th December please allow, in some cases, up to 7 working days for delivery.
Last Postage Dates:
The last, guaranteed for Christmas postage date is Monday, December 18th.
For those last minute posters, we will be able to send letters via Special Delivery Guaranteed, up to Wednesday 20th December. As this requires the elves to make a further journey, we do ask that you pay extra postage to cover the additional Reindeer Food, and Elf Snacks. This is currently set at £7.95.
